TERMS & CONDITIONS

OPEN TO FINANCIAL MEMBERS OF TOUKLEY & DISTRICTS ART SOCIETY INC.

• Maximum size of artworks: 1.2 metres in width, including frame (e.g. 2 X totaling 1.2 in width or 1 entry up to 1.2 metres).
• Work must have been created within the past 2 years and not have been exhibited in Toukley Gallery previously.
• No copied works from other artists or web sites or completed in class or workshop.
• All framing requirements must be adhered to, please read framing specifications carefully before submitting your entry to avoid disappointment.
• All art entries MUST be clearly labelled on the back of the piece with: Artist’s name; Title of artwork; Medium; Price
• No late entries will be accepted; no early delivery of artworks will be accepted.
• All entries must be for sale. A commission of 20% will be deducted from the sale price at point of sale.
• COPYRIGHT– All entries must be the artist’s own work from conception this includes ideas taken from AI images. All entries must not infringe international copyright.

INSURANCE: TADAS exercises all care where possible. Insurance is the Artist’s responsibility. TADAS will not be responsible for loss or damage to artworks within the gallery.
