TERMS & CONDITIONS

OPEN TO FINANCIAL MEMBERS OF TOUKLEY & DISTRICTS ART SOCIETY INC.

• For this show only – unframed works will be accepted. Richard will assess your entry.
• For this show only – we will accept low cost new frames from places like Base Warehouse that have MDF backing and acetate instead of glass. However, these frames must have D rings and framers cord attached to the back to hang.
• Entries for this show may be re-entered into the gallery for our main exhibitions after a period of six (6) months.
• Limit one (1) entry per person up to 50cms in width including frame.
• ARTWORKS MUST BE CREATED BY YOU AND PHYSICALLY UNAIDED BY THE TEACHER.
• All entries must be for sale. A commission of 20% will be deducted from the sale price at point of sale.
• COPYRIGHT– All entries must be the artist’s own work from conception this includes ideas taken from AI images. All entries must not infringe international copyright.

INSURANCE: TADAS exercises all care where possible. Insurance is the Artist’s responsibility. TADAS will not be responsible for loss or damage to artworks within the gallery.
