Your Heart’s Desire Art Competition Entry Form

1. The committee with only consider entries from children and young people between under 6 and 18 years.
2. The committee will only accept entries that have been created by the entrant unaided by family or teacher.
3. Artworks must be hanging art (not sculpture or photography or AI-generated image)
4. Only ONE entry will be accepted by each individual.
5. Entries must be ready to hang. Please use cord secured either side of the frame with D-rings.
6. A label with the entrant’s name and title of piece must be attached to the back of the entry.
7. Age and eligibility will be your age at the date of submission to Toukley Art Gallery.
8. You must exclusively own all intellectual property rights in your entry.
9. Inappropriate entries including but not limited to those depicting nudity, violence, unsafe activities, substance abuse or misconduct, will not be accepted. Determination of which is at the sole discretion of the Your Heart’s Desire Art Competition committee.
10. You or your parent/guardian are responsible for any infringement by you of any intellectual property rights of any other person in respect to your entry.
11. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
12. The judge’s decision is final.
13. The Your Heart’s Desire Art Competition committee, at their own discretion, will determine if entries are to be published at a time and manner that is appropriate. This may include but is not limited to the winning entries on social media, the TADAS Newsletter or media publications throughout the Central Coast.
14. Entries MUST be delivered and collected on stated day and time and NO RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE TAKEN FOR ARTWORK LEFT AT THE GALLERY FOR LONGER THAN ONE (1) WEEK AFTER COMPETITION COMPLETION.
