I give permission for my child to participate in the Toukley & Districts Art Society's 2025 Coasties Young Art exhibition.

By submitting this form:

• I agree to my child's artwork being photographed for promotional purposes.
• I agree to the Terms & Conditions.
• I agree to deliver the artwork on October 23 between 12p.m. and 4p.m.
• I agree to collect the artwork on November 5 between 12p.m. and 4p.m. I understand that any artwork not collected during this time will not be kept by the gallery.
