Learn how to get started in your watercolour experience with Penny Murison:
  • Essential Supplies: Gather basic supplies such as watercolor paints, brushes, watercolor paper, and a palette.
  • Understanding Water: Learn how water interacts with paint and paper, as this is crucial for mastering watercolor techniques
  • Basic Techniques: Practice fundamental techniques like wet-on-wet, wet-on-dry, and layering to create depth and texture in your paintings.
  • Color Theory: Familiarize yourself with color mixing and theory to enhance your artwork.
