• OPEN TO ALL FINANCIAL MEMBERS OF TOUKLEY & DISTRICTS ART SOCIETY INC
• There will be 11 prizes plus a “Best in Show” prize.
• A professional judge will be appointed. The judge's decision is final.
• All prize winners must agree to their work being published in the 2027 Creative Seasons Calendar as part of the prize.
• There is an entry fee of $20 per entry-Maximum of two (2) entries per artist.
• Maximum size of artworks: 1.2 metres in width, including frame (e.g. 2 X totaling 1.2 in width or 1 entry up to 1.2 metres).
• You may also enter artworks 2 x up to 30cm in width (not for judging) no entry fees apply.
• Work must have been created within the past 2 years and not have been exhibited in Toukley Gallery previously.
• All framing requirements must be adhered to, please read framing specifications carefully before submitting your entry to avoid disappointment.
• All art entries MUST be clearly labelled on the back of the piece with:
  • Artist’s name
  • Title
  • Medium
  • Price
• Any sold artworks must remain in the gallery for a period of two (2) weeks. If a buyer cannot return to pick up a purchased artwork, it is the artist’s responsibility to arrange delivery at their expense or forfeit the sale.
• Entries due by Monday 25th May.
• Delivery is on Thursday 28th May 12-3.30.
• Artist needs to ring the gallery for a delivery appointment time to avoid delays and line ups 4392 466.
• No late entries will be accepted; no early delivery of artworks will be accepted.
• All entries must be for sale.
• A commission of 20% will be deducted from the sale price at point of sale.
• Sold items may be replaced with a similar item. A “Replacement Form” available at the gallery, is to be completed.
• COPYRIGHT- All entries must be the artist’s own work from conception this includes ideas taken from ai images.

• No copied works from other artists, workshops or web sites.
• All entries must not infringe international copyright.

INSURANCE: TADAS exercises all care where possible. Insurance is the Artist’s responsibility. TADAS will not be responsible for loss or damage to artworks within the gallery.
